Production

All the departments that manufacture components, are equipped with the latest generation numerical control machineries. The welding operations are made by robots. The assembly of all the parts that compose our products, takes place on particular equipments that ensure the same qualitative standard and product uniformity.

Specialized workers operate under control of experienced technicians. The company is structured with production lines in series and this allows to have always a convenient number of standard tippers in the warehouse, ready to be assembled or for kit-delivery. Alongside this production lines, there are also specific areas for the production “on order”, to ensure customer with special needs to find in our company the right balance between flexibility and industrial production in series, to satisfy all the requirements.
