(Rear tipper)
This model belongs to the rear tippers group with frontal cylinder.
The most important requirement of this version is the greater payload
due to its lightness. The special size of the body allows the
transport of every kind of materials avoiding the sticking of it inside
the body. The rib of the sideboards further strengthens them.
The jacks that unhook the boards are positioned externally and laterally
to the body, to avoid any interference with the discharging material.
Furthermore, the actuating mechanical system, ensures reliability
and sturdiness to the whole unhooking automatic system of
the board.
The cylinder is hinged to the two ends with spherical joints, which
grant it a long lifetime and do not bind it, in case of discharging materials
on a rough ground.
The sturdiness of the rear cross grants an exceptional stability during
the tipping operations, thanks to the improved semi-rigid frontal cylinder and an extra-wide rear fulcrum, which have always marked our tipper as per guarantee
of reliability even in the precarious tipping conditions.
